Chris has been designing and maintaining employee benefit plans since 1989. For 13 of those years he was a Group Insurance Specialist, working with a major property and casualty insurance company. Throughout his career, Chris has built solid relationships with underwriters to ensure every client receives consistent value.

Chris has developed a particular skill in working collaboratively with major insurance companies, special risk carriers and of course, his own clients.




Shelley Bajus

Shelley Adams - Marketing Assistant

Shelley began her insurance career in 1984 with a major insurance carrier in Saskatchewan, specializing in Employee Benefits and Life Insurance. In 1987 Shelley was transferred to Vancouver, and placed in a Marketing Manager role. Shelley managed a small team while providing product information and training for the brokers.

In 2006 Shelley joined Phoenix Benefits Solutions Inc., to team up with Chris and assist him with his growing clientele. Shelley continues to support the growth of the company by remaining actively involved in client and insurance provider relationships and consistently seeking new business opportunities.
